Joy joined CAKE in 2012 and is involved in all aspects of marketing projects, from developing concepts for print materials and email campaigns to launching sites and building social media campaigns. With a friendly, efficient approach, Joy is proactive in helping clients reach their marketing goals. In her spare time, she teaches a fiction workshop in the Great Smokies Writing Program. She and her husband have two beautiful children.
